TFW Pre-Recruit Mission, Day 8

High Intensity Day - Workout 85-100%HRM + Cool-down
Score = 34

Run: W3D1 of C25k

The run and the workout were both a bit too easy today. This was my first run in a long time and I actually felt good - not sure why. I think it is a combination of the improved diet (Korean food is awesome!), tons of walking, and maybe just a bit of living at sea level. It's easier to run here because there is actually oxygen available...

I might step up to the next week on C25K, on my next run. I think my running partner (the dog) and I are both ready for it.
