3/9/11

I am finally feeling well enough to get back to working out. I've had a minor cold or flu for weeks now, plus my schedule, the cold weather, and the stress of thesis writing has completely sucked the life out of me. I feel somewhat better now - not 100%, but well enough to get back to working out. Today I am restarting TacFit, with day one of the Recruit Mission.

About Me

I'm Linus, a 46 year-old ex-jock and martial artist who is getting back in shape. I was at 320 pounds at my heaviest, and my goal weight is 220. I was over halfway there until I fell off the wagon. Starting over is a bitch.
