TFW Recruit Mission, Day 16

High Intensity Day - Workout 85-100%HRM + Cool-down
Score = 41

I have decided that I need to back off on two of the exercises - I have moved back to doing the plank pulls and shinbox at the pre-recruit level. On the plank pulls I've been shifting back and forth between the knee version and the full plank pull, but I blow out really quickly. I think I need to do a few more cycles of plank pull knee before I can shift to doing the full plank pull for the 8 rounds. I lack the hip flexibility (on the left side) to do a proper shinbox kick, so I'm back to shinbox switch, and I need to work on flexibility more every day.

Because I backed these two exercises down I was able to push my score up by 3 points, but it doesn't really count...
