TFW Recruit Mission, Day 8

High Intensity Day - Warm-up + Workout 85-100%HRM + Cool-down
Score = 36

A good workout. I was able to beat my previous score, and the quality of my technique is improving. In another few workouts I should be back to the scores I was getting when I stopped doing the Recruit mission last time. I'm feeling better in every way except for the tingling in my right arm. I'm going to see my chiropractor tomorrow if he can fit me into his schedule.
