I haven't worked out in over a week due to illness. I had a very low-grade flu that didn't really keep me from going to work, but it just made me feel like crap in general. My stomach was very sensitive, I had body aches, and a nagging little cough the whole time. I think it took so long to get over because of my weird work schedule. I'm moving my tutoring appointments so that I don't have to sleep in 3-4 hour segments - I hope to get one 8 hour block cleared for each day.
In other news, I found a free food diary software that allows me to tracks calories on either my laptop or my iPod. It has a large catalog of commercial foods which makes it easier to eat out, and it has some planning features that help you lay out your goals and see when you will reach them. I'm going to try it for a bit and see how it goes.
