TFW Recruit Mission, Day 15

Moderate Intensity Day - Warm-up + Workout 65-85%HRM + Cool-down
Score = 27

I am still sticking to my workout schedule, but just barely. For the last two days (No and Low days) I got things done in the afternoon, but today it was again almost midnight when I was finished with my workout. I increased my score by 1 point, but I was battling with my heart rate the whole time. I think it might be a sign of fatigue - I'm just not getting enough sleep.

The weather is not helping, either. It's been dangerously cold for the past two days; it's negative 31 as I type this. That kind of cold just saps the will to live...
