TFW Recruit Mission, Day 12
High Intensity Day - Warm-up + Workout 85-100%HRM + Cool-down
Score = 35
A good workout, and early in the day. I felt a real burst of energy when we finished up, and it makes me want to find a way to always get my TFW done before noon. Currently, I'm planning on adding in my runs in the mornings, right after I get off work at the lab (around 07:00-ish). Perhaps I can do TFW before going to work - which would mean working out at around 02:00...
Tomorrow I begin my IF diet - no food for roughly 16 hours each day, with three balanced meals during the 8 hours that remain. The three meals will conform to TFW 4 Day Diet's 5S rules: No Snacks, No Sweets, No Stimulants, No Seconds, No Simple Carbs. It's going to be tough a first, but not nearly as hard as Warrior Diet, so I should be ok with it.
