BUP Video

IF: beginner routine
KB:
TGU - 10 minutes, alternating hands each rep, w/24kg
BUP - 1x5 each side, w/24kg
One-Leg Deadlift - 2x5 each side, w/40kg
Horn Squats - 1x10, w/40kg
BW:
NW Hanging Leg Raise - 2x5
Ring Push-Ups - 2x10
Body Rows - 3x7
Sandbag:
Zercher Squats - 1x10 w/60lbs
Card Tearing: full deck of Bicycle Poker Cards

As promised...


As you can see, I was able to get a video of my bottom up press with the 32kg Russian Red. My form was not that great; my shoulder rose up and there is some lean, but it felt pretty good. This video also shows you the kind of hardcore intensity my training partners bring to our workouts...

All kidding aside, the women I train with are a very real part of my success. They always make working out a good time, and I wouldn't be half as strong or fit without them. Thanks, Ladies!

I did another full deck tear today, just to make sure I wasn't dreaming last night. The web of my left thumb is a bit chewed up now, so I'll have to take a few days off, but I'll put up a video of that feat as soon as I'm healed.
